What You'll Do
- Fully embrace and represent Pacific Companies' Core Values
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new healthcare clients through outbound calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, and decision-makers
- Present Pacific Companies' permanent placement and locum tenens staffing solutions
- Execute a consultative sales process to acquire and grow client partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful client delivery and satisfaction
- Serve as a brand ambassador and educate prospective clients on Pacific Companies' value proposition
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity, revenue, and growth goals
