• Join an established team of 29 cardiologists and 18 APPs with 3 dedicated heart failure cardiologists being recruited
• 55,000 patient panel with plans to grow to 120,000 patients
• Huge community need for cardiology care
• Robust Cardiogenic Shock and Temporary Mechanical Support Program
• LVAD program development is already underway
•  $29M multidisciplinary Cath lab with 8 rooms
