Licensed Clinical Psychologist

What we're looking for

We're looking for a compassionate, skilled psychologist who thrives in a medical setting and genuinely cares about the geriatric population. Our patients present with a wide range of conditions — depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, adjustment disorders — often alongside complex medical co-morbidities like diabetes, stroke, or cancer.

You're a great fit if you:

• Want full schedule flexibility — 4- or 5-day weeks, set your own hours
• Prefer working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary medical setting
• Want to focus entirely on patient care, not paperwork or billing
• Value quality of care over case volume

What you'll be doing

• Conducting psychological evaluations, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy with residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Writing clinical reports, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours of each session
• Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support whole-person patient outcomes
• Attending a monthly all-staff meeting
• Practicing within ethical and professional standards of care

What you'll bring

• Active California license as a psychologist
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
• Basic computer competency for documentation

Note: We are not currently able to hire MFTs or LCSWs for this role.
