Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
- Status: Part-time

- Location: Salinas, CA

Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Partner with the Administrator and DON to meet daily staffing and PPD goals.
- Communication: Maintain a professional and calm disposition with residents, families, and staff.
- Scheduling: Review and maintain daily staffing schedules to ensure consistent quality of care.
- Training: Develop goals for in-service trainings and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Compliance: Attend committee meetings and ensure all services meet facility and state requirements.
Requirements
- Licensure: Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Certification: Valid BLS/CPR certification.
- Qualities: A positive attitude, a love for helping others, and a desire to learn.
