We are now one of the largest independent produce distributors in the Northwest with distribution centers in Portland, Oregon and Seattle (Kent), Washington.

What you'll do...

• Operate forklift and ride-on pallet jack safety after completing training and certification.
• Down stack pallets for product sorting, grading, weighing, and repacking into containers.
• Build pallets and tag them appropriately with labels.
• Maintain consistent product workflow and put away products after repacking.
• Meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work cooperatively with other team members.
• Clean and put away supplies after each shift.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What we look for...

• Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 45-50 degrees).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Forklift and ride-on pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English, in order to receive direction and process paperwork).
• Attention to detail and ability to differentiate quality levels of various products.
• Ability to stand at a sorting station table for most of the shift.
• Available to work overtime and weekends.
• Able to work efficiently with or without direct supervision.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be team-oriented.
