Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Champion safety and compliance across all production areas; ensure team members consistently follow procedures and PPE requirements.
- Monitor production metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Foster a team-oriented, high-performance culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics, and sales to align production priorities with business goals and customer demand.
- Drive lumber sales growth by nurturing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the market.
- Partner with sales teams to forecast demand, manage pricing strategies, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability.
- Lead by example — hands-on, professional, and results-oriented in every aspect of the job.
