Come check us out.Compensation:$17- $21 hourlyResponsibilities:Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is cleanSupport tradespeople and heavy equipment workers to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing and any other aspect of the projectWork with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficientlyClear away any trash, debris, or hazardous materials to prep the site before construction begins Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injuredSweeping, mopping, and water displacementProfessional Cleaning of Windows, Frames, Doors, and FloorsOperate machine scrubbing/buffing equipment for finished flooring safely and effectivelyOperate pressure washing equipment safelyApply wax and other floor finishes to finished flooring per the manufacturer's recommendationsPre-task planning and project layout based on project site walksWork at limited heights from scaffolding, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and roofsBecome familiar with the use of different chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment for material-specific tasksRemove and dispose of all craft paper from stone and tile areasRemove and clean all adhesive and other surface blemishesSweep, wipe down, and remove paint splatter and scuffs from floor, tile, fixtures, etc.Filling out daily work reports, time cards, and site safety reports as needed for sitesQualifications:Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferredHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the workMust be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivityExperience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidatesMust be able to work up to 8-hour shifts, typically between 6 am-6 pm, with occasional night or weekend work availableMust be physically able to stand, kneel, work from various heights, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without issue during the entire workdayMust have reliable transportation and be willing to work on job sites throughout San Diego CountyMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesPrevious window cleaning, floor maintenance, or pressure washing experience is a plusAbility to work independently, as well as on a teamCPR/OSHA/Aerial Lift/Fall Protection Certifications are a plusBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusAbout CompanyAt Pacific Coast Cleaning, Inc., we’ve built our company around the most vital issues within the building industry, paired with exceptional customer service.
