Job Summary:
Comprehensive evaluation and assessment of patients presenting to the medical specialty service- Orders, reviews and interprets diagnostic testing as appropriate to the patient’s condition and medical specialty
- Provides treatment, including medications as appropriate to patient condition and presentation, in accordance with
- Performs clinic based procedures commensurate with education, training and experience
- Enables continuity of care by managing patient care in the ambulatory and acute care settings

Performs history and physical assessments of patients that are accurate, concise, relevant, and

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited advanced practice training program Nurse Practitioner
- NP: CA
- BLS - CPR within 90 days
- DEA license
- 1-2 years as Advanced Practice Provider in Primary Care, Similar or Same Medical Specialty Discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS preferred
