Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a FOH Team Leader based in Palo Alto, CA and the South Bay Area. The FOH Team Leader will oversee front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, maintaining high quality service and compliance with food and beverage standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The role demands effective communication with team members and guests while maintaining the company’s commitment to sustainable practices and excellent dining experiences.
