OBJECTIVE
Facilitate PCLI's compliance with Medicare and other regulatory frameworks. Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage projects to enhance site and staff operations.
REPORTS TO
Corporate Systems Director
STATUS
3/4 Time (30-39 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- General office skills
- Basic computer knowledge including word processing
- Pleasant, helpful, and cooperative personality
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Dependable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, self-motivated
- Maintain Confidentiality
- Able to function under pressure, ability to cope with change
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Good hearing for telephones.
- Good visual acuity for screens, keyboards, forms etc.
