We are seeking an Appliance Service Technician who will work closely with the Service Manager and Operations Team to diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances with precision, professionalism, and care — while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Follow PAG Service Processes (including diagnosis, repair procedures, customer communication standards, documentation, and parts ordering)
- Ensure 1st Time Completes
- Properly complete all service documentation and submit daily
- Properly track, maintain, and care for tools, equipment, property, vehicle, and parts inventory
- Clearly communicate and explain diagnosis and resolution to customers in a way they understand
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills across all major appliance brands
- Be On Time — All the Time — and communicate proactively with the team regarding job status

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
- Clean Background (must be able to pass a background check)
- Clean Drug Test (must be able to pass drug check)
- Willingness to go on a 2 week factory training on the mainland
- 2 years appliance repair experience (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear terms
- Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and with a Team
Preferred Skills / Abilities:
- Factory Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with refrigeration sealed systems (preferred)
- Electrical diagnostic experience
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Experience using service management software (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, drive, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Fine motor skills for tool handling and repairs
- Visual acuity for reading wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Hearing ability to diagnose equipment sounds and communicate clearly
Work Schedule:
5 Days a week between Monday – Saturday (8am – 5pm)
As this is a position that directly serves our customers, scheduling may adjust based on customer needs.
Compensation:
This position pays an hourly rate between $22 - $30 per hour (DOE), and is eligible for bonuses based on the Team’s productivity Bonus Policy. Estimated Target Compensation at piece rate pay ranges between $68,400 - $98,000 /year with no cap on pay. Compensation will be paid out to you in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll schedule (which is weekly for most Operations team members).
