An International Forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Import Agent.
• Check and handle shipping documents (Invoice, Packing Lists., etc.)
• Input shipment data into internal systems
• Assist with tracking cargo and reporting status updates
• Arranging Customs clearance and delivery
• Processing of payment for import charge and generating invoices to customers by utilizing our system
• Communicate with shipping companies, truckers and the various branches within the company (under guidance)
Logistics experience is welcome but not required.
• Communication skills
• PC Skills with Word, Excel, Power point etc
• Skills to manage transportation schedules
• Accuracy in data entry
Japanese - business level
