Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.Verify accuracy of information before entering data and correct any errors.Review source documents for completeness and follow up on missing information.Perform routine data audits to ensure consistent and accurate records.Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.Prepare and generate reports as needed.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet operational deadlines.Organize and file documents physically or electronically.Collaborate with team members to optimize data entry processes.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.Strong typing skills (minimum WPM goal can be added, e.g., 4060 WPM).Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.Familiarity with data entry tools, CRM systems, or ERP software is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Strong communication skills.
