Orthopedic Technologist – Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $28–$33/hr
Weekly Hours: 40 per week
Description:
Eisenhower Health is seeking Orthopedic Technologists to support the Orthopedic Clinic with casting, splinting, brace application, patient intake, documentation, and clinic flow. This role includes assisting physicians/PAs during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, managing supplies, handling patient calls, removing sutures/staples, and coordinating surgical documentation. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, clinical competency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment.
Experience:
- Preferred orthopedic or musculoskeletal clinic experience.
- Ability to apply and remove orthopedic devices (casts, splints, braces).
- Strong skills in patient care, documentation, and clinic workflow.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher-level degree if hired after March 1, 2025).
Licensure/Certification:
- Orthopedic Tech Certification – Required
- American Heart Association BLS – Required
