Mobile Technician

Job Title: Mobile Technician

Location: Seattle, WA

Shift: M-F 8am - 4:30pm

Duration: 5 Months (Potential to convert to FTE)

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Candidate will be traveling between 15-18 sites based on the work orders that come through. Candidate will be outfitted with a company van, company approved tools, gas card, cell phone and iPad.
• The candidate will be interacting with clients at the various sites, so will need to have good customer service skills.

Team Overview:

• Each worker will be working 100% independently based on the work orders that come through.

Resource's typical working day:

• iPad will show their work orders for the day
• Pick up any needed parts from the warehouse
• Examples of typical work
• Fixing doors
• Basic plumbing
• General maintenance
• PM's

Licenses/Certifications:

• 06a Electrician License not required but is a plus
• HVAC license not required but is a plus

Must Have Skills:

• Good customer service skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and mechanical
• Good working knowledge of HVAC
• Good working knowledge of tools

Nice to have skills:

• Electric knowledge
• Plumbing knowledge

Years of Experience:

• 1-2 years

Education

• h.s. diploma or GED

Software skills:

• Basic computer and tablet skills
• Basic Microsoft skills
