Manufacturing Test Engineer

Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, develop, and launch automated test systems for high-volume automotive manufacturing. You’ll work with Engineering, Quality, Production, and global partners to build advanced test hardware and applications supporting next-generation EV technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test systems and applications
• Review test specs, sequences, and implement hardware/software requirements
• Manage equipment vendors, RFQs, builds, and validation
• Launch test stations on manufacturing lines and train factory teams

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in automated test equipment development
• Experience launching test systems in high-volume manufacturing
• Strong skills with NI platforms (PXI/cDAQ/cRIO), LabVIEW/TestStand/Python
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics (AutoCAD/Eplan), and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)

Bonus: Experience testing EV powertrain components.
