What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician position at Pacer Group?

Also, this is a Technician/ Support role, not a Developer/ Engineer role.


  • 2 yrs IT support in enterprise environments (desktops/laptops/tablets).
  • Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting; Windows OS & user profile support.
  • 2 yrs imaging (OS deployment/config).
  • Hardware/peripheral install, diagnosis & maintenance (printers, plotters, etc.).
  • Experience with OS & hardware lifecycle replacement.


Desired Skills:

  • CompTIA A or similar certification.
  • ServiceNow/ITSM tool experience.
  • Software install/config/troubleshooting.
