- 2 yrs IT support in enterprise environments (desktops/laptops/tablets).
- Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting; Windows OS & user profile support.
- 2 yrs imaging (OS deployment/config).
- Hardware/peripheral install, diagnosis & maintenance (printers, plotters, etc.).
- Experience with OS & hardware lifecycle replacement.
Desired Skills:
- CompTIA A or similar certification.
- ServiceNow/ITSM tool experience.
- Software install/config/troubleshooting.
