Schedule Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)
Pay Rate: $25/hr. Gross weekly : $1000
Description:
ROLE IS TEMP AND ONSITE. FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Performs health information activities necessary to organize, maintain and use electronic and paper patient
- health records.
- Depending on area assigned, may specialize in one or more clerical functions, such as
- qualitative/ quantitative physician documentation review; and tumor registry support and follow-up.
- If assigned to the Torrance Records Retention Center, receives and maintains archived records, responds to requests for information/ records and serves as customer service liaison with main campus and satellite locations.
- Queries multiple electronic record and tracking systems.
- Understands chart organization and content, CSMC and external requirements related to chart documentation and privacy.
Submission Requirements:
- HS DIPLOMA/GED
- 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH CARE SETTING OR RELATED FIELD REQUIRED
Salary : $22 - $25
