What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Software Trainer position at Pacer Group?
We’re looking for a ERP Software Trainer to deliver training programs, create learning materials, and support Operations and Customer Service teams as they adopt a new ERP system. This role partners with SMEs to design courses, conduct training (in-person/virtual), and provide ongoing user support.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update training materials and business process documentation.
- Deliver individual and group ERP training sessions.
- Provide ongoing user support, Q&A, and refresher training.
- Assess learner progress and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR/Training/Education preferred 3 years experience.
- ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) preferred; SAP Enable Now/WalkMe a plus.
- Strong communication, feedback, and coaching skills.
- Experience with webinars, coaching, and classroom-style training.
- Highly autonomous, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
