Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Distribution Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to design, develop, and manage electrical distribution systems. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan electrical distribution systems and layouts.
- Optimize networks for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage projects from design to implementation within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and industry regulations.
- Conduct load flow, fault, and voltage drop analyses to ensure system performance.
- Plan upgrades and maintenance activities to improve system reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and technical records.
- Perform quality checks on designs and installations.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Work closely with engineers, field teams, and project managers to meet project goals.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer or project-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical distribution system design and management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and design tools/software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and safety-focused.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving industry trends.
