We are seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-8 years of prior litigation experience in Connecticut federal and state courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Take and defend depositions, presenting cases effectively.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, demonstrating expertise.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings, providing exceptional representation.
Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the Connecticut State Bar or a sufficient UBE score for admission.
- Clerkship experience is highly valued.
