Title: Content Developer / Instructional Designer
Location: Birmingham, AL 35243
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate $30.00/hr. - $37/hr. on W2

Overview
The Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging learning solutions using instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia tools. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create eLearning modules, training materials, and performance support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training content (eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure content meets quality, accessibility, and system standards
- Create guides, job aids, and training documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design or related field
- Experience with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, LMS
- Knowledge of multimedia, animation, and AI tools (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Work Details
- Hybrid role (4 days onsite) in Birmingham, AL
