CUSTOMER ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

Compensation Package $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

We are seeking an elite communicator to control the front end of our sales pipeline. This role manages incoming customer inquiries, qualifies opportunities, and schedules high-value appointments for our field sales team.

This is not a traditional call center role. It is a strategic position responsible for controlling the flow of opportunities that drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage & follow up incoming customer inquiries from advertising, referrals, and digital campaigns
• Qualify prospects and determine project fit
• Schedule and optimize appointments for our high-performing sales team
• Maintain and improve the company’s sales pipeline flow
• Communicate with customers in a professional, consultative manner
• Track and manage lead flow through CRM systems
• Identify opportunities to increase appointment conversion rates
• Work directly with ownership to improve sales intake processes

Ideal Candidate - Must have minimum of 10 years experience

• Exceptional communicator with a confident, professional phone presence
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
• Comfortable controlling conversations and guiding customers
• Experience managing inbound sales inquiries or appointment pipelines
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Able to think strategically about lead flow and conversion
