- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage documentation effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to services or products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
