We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our company and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for our brand and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Engage with customers to provide information about products and services, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote brand messaging and engage with followers.
• Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute event marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Communicate brand values and messaging clearly to potential customers.
• Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities for growth.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
• Outgoing personality, ability to talk with a diverse group of people
• Experience in data collection and analysis will be beneficial for understanding customer preferences.
• A background in event marketing or product demonstrations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
