What are the responsibilities and job description for the Owner/Operator - Delivery Driver - Cargo/Sprinter Van position at Pace Runners Inc?
We are seeking an independent contractor to run an easy morning pickup and delivery 2x per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Start time will be between 8:00am-9:00am picking up in Raleigh NC and delivering to Danville NC and Martinsville NC, however, Martinsville is not always needed. Average shipment is around 2 pallets of freight. HAVING YOUR OWN DOLLY IS REQUIRED DUE TO HAND UNLOAD AT DELIVERY LOCATIONS.
Key Responsibilities for Van Drivers:
- Pick up freight and deliver to designated Pace customers.
- Use Pace delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
- Maintain required insurance.
- Exceed customer delivery requirements and specifications.
- Represent Pace in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be presentable and provide excellent customer service to customers.

- Must meet MVR, background, and drug screening requirements.
- Must maintain required insurance coverage 50k/100k/50k auto liability
- Drivers must be 18 or older.
