Field Operations Manager – Pool Services & Renovations

We’re not looking for someone to learn how to lead, we’re looking for someone who already does. You should also have a desire to grow personally and become an even better leader.

If you’re the one people rely on to keep jobs moving, solve problems on the fly, and make sure things get done the right way, this is your opportunity to take full ownership of field operations. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be in the field, working alongside the team, setting the standard, and driving performance every day.

In this role, you’ll lead our field team across maintenance, service, and renovation work, including liner installations, while also staying hands-on in the work. You’ll be the one making sure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while also helping the team get better, faster, and more consistent over time.

You’ll spend your time balancing leadership and execution, jumping in to support the team when needed, coaching and holding people accountable, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. That includes ensuring work orders are completed properly, details are captured, and everything is ready to be invoiced without delays. Just as important, you’ll help identify what’s slowing us down in the field and work with the team to fix it.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership naturally. Someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, who notices problems before they become bigger issues, and who holds a high standard for both themselves and the team. You should be comfortable leading people, communicating clearly with both customers and the office, and working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Experience in the pool industry is a plus, but it’s not required. What matters most is that you’ve led teams in the field before, whether in construction, service, or another trade, and you know how to get results through people.

This role requires someone who is willing to be in the field daily, working in the heat, staying active, and leading from the front. You should be comfortable lifting, bending, and being hands-on throughout the day.
