Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Duluth, GA, providing administrative support and project coordination to senior leadership. This role manages projects, assists with events, schedules meetings, coordinates travel, and prepares presentations, and meeting materials. The EA handles expense reports, processes invoices, and helps track information and documentation. Responsibilities also include managing select correspondence, communications, organizing files, and maintaining confidential records. The role requires proactive coordination across departments, serving as a key point of contact for projects while ensuring schedules are met and support day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2 - 5 years) in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including task management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and file organization.
- Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and basic budgeting or invoice processing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and maintain confidentiality.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office) and comfort with learning new software systems.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information and other matters.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
