As a Driver with PACE North, you’re more than just behind the wheel—you’re a key part of our participants’ day.
- Transport seniors safely to and from the day center, appointments, and outings
- Help participants on and off the vehicle with care and respect
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready to go
- Be a friendly, positive presence—often the first and last face they see each day
- Take part in fun outings (shopping trips, museums, even fishing!)
- What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with people—especially seniors
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record
- 6 months experience with older adults or a willingness to learn
