About PACE North
PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique, mission-driven program that helps individuals aged 55 who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes.
We provide comprehensive care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants’ homes across a 7-county area, with Grand Traverse at the center. Since opening in 2019, PACE North has been growing rapidly—and we’re just getting started!
Requirements:What You’ll Do
As part of our dedicated home care team, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to participants in their homes. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation
- Taking vital signs and documenting participant care
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
