Role Description
We are excited to launch a new autism-focused daycare startup in Kennesaw and are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our founding team.
This is a unique opportunity to help create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children with autism and developmental needs while being part of something meaningful from the very beginning.
Qualifications
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and treatment administration
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation practices, and medical procedures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting or with specialized care populations is preferred
• Passion for working with children
• Experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
