- Full-Time - Monday - Friday; morning, afternoon, night and overnight schedules; 40 hours per week
- Part-Time - Monday - Friday 20-35 hours per week depending on schedules
- On-Call - Monday - Friday; 0-20 hours per weeks on average
- Range is dependent on schedules and locations
What Does a Pace® Courier Do?
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Deliver packages and documents while providing exceptional customer service at every stop.
- Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs. with care and attention to safety protocols.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to group and individual success.
- Manage and maintain important databases, forms, and documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Apply and communicate Pace® organizational policies and procedures with professionalism and clarity.
- Exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion within established guidelines, always demonstrating tact and prudence.
- Deliver effective oral presentations to groups, peers, and internal departments as needed.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and all individuals you encounter on the job.
