Overview

We've built a loyal customer base by selling our products and services with authenticity and integrity. Our inbound sales and customer retention teams foster trust with existing and future customers by educating and selling them on the long-term value of our different products and services using a consultative approach. This position is 100% inbound new and existing customers - no cold calling!

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with skills, sales experience, and savvy to sell Dish Outdoors/TravlFi equipment and services to customers that love camping, boating, tailgating etc... If you love the outdoors and have the desire to sell and provide top-notch customer service, we may have the position for you in our new modern Call Center featuring large windows, beautiful breakroom, comfy media room, onsite fitness center and game room. Job Responsibilities

• Successfully sell products and services to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making
• Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as an individual contributor
• Assist customers with product needs, order placement, recommending accessories, order placement and customer experience
• Work effectively with others in a fun team-based environment to accomplish individual and company sales goals
• Responsible for achieving specific sales goals and maximizing sales opportunities on every call
• Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals
• Assess each customer and their needs to determine the best value
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Transpose customer information including demographic, billing, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer, and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent

Skills & Knowledge:

• 6 months experience working in an inside sales environment preferred but will train the right person
• Excellent sales closure techniques, confidence in products
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation and proper phone etiquette
• Professional verbal communication skills
• Proficient and accurate computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear and focused manner

Physical Demands:

• Most of the time is spent sitting and talking to customers
• Some standing and walking may be necessary but are not essential to performing the job responsibilities
• Simultaneous movement of hands, wrists, and fingers is an important element of this position

Working Conditions:

• The workday is spent in a new modern Call Center featuring large windows, a beautiful breakroom, comfy media room and a game room
