Service Advisor - HVAC Dispatcher | $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work hours: Monday through Friday | Business Hours
You will be the hub of our service operations, the first voice residential customers hear when they call, the coordinator our technicians count on, and the person who keeps the board organized and profitable from open to close. You'll report to our Operations Manager day-to-day, with our Service Manager available for technical backup on larger issues. Residential service drives the majority of daily call volume; our growing commercial maintenance program adds structure and long-term account work to the role.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Own the service dispatch board daily across Pace and Loren's brands
- Answer inbound residential and commercial service calls - you are the first voice customers hear
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners and commercial accounts through professional, caring communication
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on skill, location, and job priority
- Open, manage, and close work orders in Acowin (our service management software)
- Build repair estimates and maintenance proposals with parts and labor detail
- Follow up with customers on pending quotes, scheduled work, and completed jobs
- Support commercial maintenance scheduling, contract tracking, and account follow-up
- Identify maintenance agreement and upsell opportunities from the service board
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of HVAC dispatching, service coordination, or service advisor experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems - residential and/or commercial
- Experience with field service software (Acowin, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar)
- Strong customer service skills - warm, composed, professional, and clear on the phone with homeowners and commercial customers alike
- Ability to build quotes combining parts and labor
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a live dispatch board under pressure
Strong Pluses:
- Residential HVAC service experience - understanding the homeowner relationship
- Commercial HVAC service or maintenance contract background
- Experience with flat-rate and time-and-materials pricing
- Background supporting multiple service brands or locations
