What's the Role
The Strategic Partnerships Manager is a pivotal in expanding PACE Equity’s footprint within the Commercial Real Estate Industry by fostering strategic partnerships that compliment our CPACE finance offering. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for building relationships that drive mutual success.
You’ll identify and cultivate new partners, deepen existing relationships, and drive joint deal activity that accelerates revenue growth and market reach. This role blends relationship strategy, market education, and commercial negotiation — ideal for a confident connector who thrives at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and business growth.
This position will drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to identify mutually beneficial deals to partner on with CPACE deals for Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Revenue Generation :Drive and maximize PACE Equity’s revenue by focusing on partnerships with mid-size financial institutions and supporting sales team to find lenders for qualified deals.- Sales Pipeline Management: Actively build a partner pipeline and work diligently to identify future opportunities to partner on deals.
- Industry Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on all facets of PACE Equity’s products and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CPACE industry and program requirements.
- Market Positioning and Product Education: Educate current and potential future partners about CPACE and articulate how PACE Equity’s product offering can deliver value to lenders. Convey enthusiastic support for PACE Equity’s offerings to potential partners.
- Networking & Representation: Attend industry events to engage with key decision-makers. Represent PACE Equity in discussions to enhance visibility and credibility within the lending community.
- Salesforce Management: Accurately document opportunities within Salesforce and provide relevant updates to stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales or partnership development of experience in commercial lending or banking industry with a focus on lending products.
- Demonstrated success proactively building and managing strategic relationships that influence revenue growth.
- Experience with commercial real estate finance and comfort discussing deal structure, loan products, and underwriting.
- Excellent (verbal and written) communicator and negotiator, able to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organized individual with a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and an interest in providing support across the organization.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
