We are hiring for a Yard Worker in Martinsburg, WV. This position involves working outdoors, operating forklifts, and handling various yard activities, with shifts during the day, all with competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

Compensation

• $19.00 - $20.00/hr
• Overtime pay available after 40 hours

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts (training and certification provided)
• Load and unload trucks
• Put away and pull stock for delivery
• Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads)
• Maintain yard and warehouse housekeeping
• Assist in other areas as needed
• Must be okay working outside

Schedule

• Hourly commitment: 40 hours/week
• Shifts: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30/4:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch
• Overtime when needed (2-5 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience or related skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lifting capability of 50 lbs (assistance for weights over 50 lbs)
• Background check with no felonies in the past 7 years (felony cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
