Local Class A or B Conveyor Truck Driver ($23-$26)

Job Title: CDL Class A or B Driver – Boom Truck / Conveyor Truck Driver
Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Pay:
• $23 – $26/hr

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Start time: 6:30 AM
• End time: Approximately 4PM
• Typically working 8 – 10 hour days

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:
• Operate automatic transmission Class A or B conveyor trucks (Class A could operate a flatbed and Moffett on ocassion)
• Shingles
• Unload materials using conveyor equipment
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed
• Stage trucks for next-day deliveries at the end of each shift
• Participate in roof-loading deliveries and work alongside helpers on rooftops when required
• Safely handle heavy materials weighing 65 – 100lbs

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class A or B License required
• Valid DOT Medical Card required
• Willing to take new drivers
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to perform rooftop deliveries required
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the workday
 

Equipment & Additional Information:
• Automatic transmission trucks
• Conveyor truck operation
• No prior conveyor truck experience required
• Company willing to train recent CDL school graduates
• Uniforms provided by company
• Steel-toed boots covering the ankle are required
• Company provides $225 annual steel-toe boot allowance
