Join Our Team as a Local CDL B Driver - Ballwin, Missouri

Are you looking for a place where you're respected, supported, and given the opportunity to grow? Look no further. We are hiring a Local CDL B Driver in Ballwin, Missouri. Shifts are Monday through Friday, starting between 6:30 am and 7:00 am, with overtime as needed. You will be delivering primarily shingles, doors, windows, and siding within a 50-mile radius, averaging 4-6 stops daily, with some warehouse duties when not driving. This position offers competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

Compensation

• $30.00 - $33.00/hr based on experience
• Up to $35.00/hr with Knuckleboom experience
• Overtime paid after 40 hours

What You’ll Do

• Skills: CDL B driving, manual unloading, forklift, Moffett, flatbed, conveyor truck
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 90 lbs regularly
• Transmission: Automatic
• Stops: 4-6 daily
• Assisting in loading and unloading using forklift or manually
• Delivering building materials within local region
• Warehouse duties as needed
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards

Schedule

• Hourly Commitment: 40 hours/week
• Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:30/7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 1 Saturday/month

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of delivery experience
• Valid CDL B license
• Warehouse experience and hands-on loading/unloading
• No recent felonies (10 years), clean background
• MVR/PSP compliant
