This Local CDL A Driver position in Reading, PA involves shifts from 6:00–7:00 AM to 3:00–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $23.00 – $26.00/hour plus overtime at time-and-a-half, with assisting required to load/unload deliveries, with up to 75 lbs lifting requirements.
Compensation
- $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Drive manual transmission CDL A trucks (double-sided curtain truck)
- Complete 6–7 deliveries daily (lumber, plywood, hardware)
- Move products to customer locations
- Assist with unloading smaller items
- Help load trucks (forklift experience a plus)
- Ensure safe handling of materials (50–80 lbs)
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Shift: 6:00–7:00 AM to 3:00–5:00 PM
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years CDL A driving experience
- Manual transmission experience (no restrictions)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Clean MVR/PSP record
- Ability to pass a road test
- Forklift experience preferred
