Inside Counter Sales Associate - Building Supply

We’re hiring an Inside Counter Sales Associate to join a growing team supporting the construction and trades industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with inside sales experience who enjoys working directly with customers and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers at the counter and over the phone
- Process quotes and enter orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations and suggest add-ons
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and purchasing teams
- Ensure orders are fulfilled and ready on time
- Assist with pulling and packing orders as needed
- Support warehouse operations including inventory and organization
- Operate a forklift (training available if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of inside sales experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with order entry systems
- Knowledge of building materials or construction products is a plus
(concrete, masonry, rebar, etc.) - Warehouse experience and forklift operation preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
