- Oversee execution of residential remodeling projects from contract to completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, field staff, vendors, and designers to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs and lead weekly site meetings
- Manage and update project schedules and site documentation using BuilderTrend
- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards
- Proactively identify and resolve project delays, scope gaps, and client concerns
- Enforce safety protocols and lead jobsite inspections
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and maintain satisfaction
Qualifications
- Familiarity with job costing, scheduling, permits, and material procurement
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing trades and field crews
