We're hiring a Senior Sales Director with prior experience selling security or application-protection software — anti-tamper, DRM, code obfuscation, white-box cryptography, code signing, or application shielding. This role owns and shapes our B2B sales strategy, and direct experience in this space is essential

- You define the strategy, not just execute it. You'll own go-to-market: target verticals, competitive positioning, and account strategy, with direct access to executive leadership and the product team.
- Growing market, expanding surface area. AI model security and code signing are opening new verticals for us. You'll be the one pursuing them.
- Senior scope without big-company friction. You'll work directly with our engineering and product teams in California and our team in Glasgow, Scotland. Your customer insight will help shape the roadmap.
What you'll own
- The full B2B sales cycle in North America and beyond — prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close, and account expansion
- PACE's B2B sales strategy: target verticals, go-to-market approach, and competitive positioning
- Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, trade shows, and inbound channels
- Strategic account plans for key prospects and existing customers, including long-term relationship management
- Revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting to executive leadership (we run on HubSpot)
- PACE's presence at industry trade shows and conferences
- Collaboration with our Glasgow team on international opportunities
What you bring
- 5 years of B2B software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Direct experience selling software security solutions — anti-tamper, DRM, cryptography, code signing, application shielding, or adjacent products. This is the one requirement we won't flex on.
- Experience running complex, technical sales cycles end to end, including sourcing your own pipeline
- The ability to hold the room with both a CISO and a CFO — translating deep technical value into business outcomes
- Comfort with the autonomy and ownership that come with a senior role at an entrepreneurial-scale company
Bonus points for
- Selling into software ISVs, automotive, banking, media & entertainment, or healthcare
- Working knowledge of white-box cryptography, code obfuscation, PKI/code signing, or AI model security
- An established network in the software security or application protection ecosystem
- Experience working with international teams

Location
Primary: Campbell, CA (Hybrid — in-office and remote). Remote candidates with strong relevant experience will be considered. Travel required for trade shows and customer engagements.
