Overview
Successful candidate will provide Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support to a client manufacturing facility. This position works directly with the Safety Team as well as onsite engineers and facility leadership. The candidate must be a self-starter, independent, detail-oriented, and have a strong analytical background. Please read carefully below for the on-site and remote requirements of this position.
This position is on-site in Le Sueur, MN two days per week and remote one day per week supporting a client manufacturing facility. The remaining two days will be remote and/or on-site at a to be determined location (MN local) helping with business and/or other client needs.
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Work with client to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility environmental policies
- Leading/conducting site safety committee
- Lead Emergency Response Team
- Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform incident investigations
- Additional responsibilities according to client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline
- Previous EHS experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Prior customer service experience with great interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly productive with the ability to balance multiple projects at once
- Ability to work independently to manage daily tasks and meet project deadlines
- Can follow good documentation practices and adapt to changing schedules
