The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Join us as a Courier, where you’ll play a vital role in the safe and timely pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials that support our laboratory operations. What You’ll Do
- Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed
- Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs

- Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and customerfocused work environment aligned with Pace® values
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications
- Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles
- Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols
- Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others
