Job Functions / Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated benefits professional for our team. In this role, you will:
- Manage PACCAR’s U.S. retirement programs team and to ensure they are economically sound, internally equitable and externally competitive.
- Design and administer U.S. retirement programs that include pension, 401(k) and supplemental plans.
- Develop engagement and communication strategies to increase employees’ awareness and appreciation of plans.
- Responsible for facilitating actuarial valuations, annual audits, annual government filings, required plan communications and portions of the annual report/10K.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure all performance commitments are met and that PACCAR is receiving a high level of customer service.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws for retirement programs and associated policies and procedures. Maintain plan documents.
- Conduct final review of pension calculations, estimated and final, as requested by participants.
- BA in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 8 years of benefits, or related field, experience including team leadership
- MBA preferred.
- Established analytical and financial skills; strong project management skills; strong attention to detail; leadership skills; high level of commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of organization.
- Retirement legal compliance experience with working knowledge of law.
