Requisition Summary
Manage product groups for specific business units related to the medium and heavy-duty electric vehicle (EV) market. Responsibilities include developing charger service and software programs and implementation of EV products. Work with product director and product analyst to manage market requirements, supplier relationships, program communication to dealers and sales teams, promotions, and advertising plans towards achieving established profit and sales objectives.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Develop charger service program for chargers in use in the field.
- Develop charger software offering for dealers and end users.
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to launch EV service parts programs.
- Develop market specific product offerings, branding, distribution, and pricing strategies for the business unit.
- Manage supplier relationships with PACCAR Parts, including product offering, supplier performance, corrective actions, and other supplier standards.
- Be the liaison between PACCAR Parts and Kenworth and Peterbilt for providing the most up to date product offering.
- Plan promotions, dealer direct marketing events, product sales training, cataloging and other program support.
- Achieve EV specific objectives for sales, gross margin, and profit.

- Understanding of key drivers of the aftermarket parts business including part replacement rates, key competitors, substitution alternatives, maintenance/repair practices and service requirements.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to present findings and recommendations to senior level management.
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Engineering or Sales required.
- MBA or other advanced degree desired.
- Five or more years of experience in a commercial role such as Engineering, Marketing or Sales required.
- Strong analysis, communication and negotiating skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team oriented, multi-functional business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, AS400, Word and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $93,000.00 - $145,500.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
