Requisition Summary
PACCAR has an exciting Payroll internship opening at our global headquarters in Bellevue, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with Paccar Payroll Tax Group, gaining exposure and experience in multiple Payroll functions.
The internship is scheduled to begin in between May or June 2026. The duration of this internship will be extended until December 2026 (part-time).

Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduation program, preferably sophomore, junior or senior standing

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Assist with Account Reconciliations
- Filing of State & Federal Tax Returns
- Filing of Unemployment Tax Returns
- Assist in other special projects
- Accounting coursework experience is preferred but not required
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects desired
