Requisition Summary
This position is part of a team that provides service and support to internal groups and external customers. The team has an accounts receivable focus with duties including billing, cash application, payment research, reconcile daily cash, research/resolve reconciling items, and generate journal entries. Collaborates regularly with Customer Support and Accounting teams to answer payment related questions and resolve reconciling items.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Research/post cash to multiple receivable systems
- Generate, review, and distribute customer/dealer invoices
- Analyze issues, determine corrections, and process adjustments to accounts
- Prepare journal entries and clear general ledger reconciling items
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Provide secondary telephone back-up support
- Other duties as assigned
