Qualifications and Skills
The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an Operations or Engineering Program and have completed their Sophomore year of College.

- Strong desire to learn about managing a production team and equipment.
- Learn Lean Mfg and Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Develop metrics and reporting of assigned area (with mentor).
- Work with Engineers, Technical Specialists and Maintenance team to ensure output.
- Must be flexible to work portions of day and evening shift.
- Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week.
- MS office knowledge, specifically excel spreadsheets and graphs.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferable.
