Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and in a tidy manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any damages or issues with vehicles on the lot.
- Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the lot as directed by management.
- Keep inventory records up to date and assist with the preparation of vehicles for test drives.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting and assisting customers when needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient lot operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
